The following items are non-returnable:

• Electrical components (switches, sensors, wiring, electric pumps, etc.)
• Special-order or custom-made parts
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used, installed, or damaged parts
• Opened gaskets, seals, and wear items

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Parts

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

If confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
• Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
